💼 The Role

This is an operational role with a client-facing layer as part of our Customer Success team. You'll own a portfolio of clients end-to-end: running their monthly payroll cycle, managing tax and Social Security filings, handling employee changes, and being the person they trust to keep everything on track. You'll also be a key voice internally — flagging what's broken, what slows things down, and what clients actually need from the product.

🤝 What You'll Do

  • Oversee day-to-day client operations: payroll processing, contract management, employee changes, and ongoing support

  • Prepare, review, and submit monthly payroll and all corresponding tax filings (Modelo 111, 190, etc.), ensuring accurate reconciliation with Social Security (Seguros Sociales)

  • Own all critical deadlines — monthly closings, tax submissions, SS filings, employee communications — and proactively manage any risks

  • Identify bottlenecks in the payroll process and run experiments (checklists, automated validations, improved approval flows) to increase speed, accuracy, and profitability

  • Act as the internal voice of the client — consolidating feedback and needs to help prioritise product improvements and new labour/fiscal service offerings

📚 Who You Are

  • 1–2 years of experience in a gestoría, labour consultancy, or HR department

  • Hands-on experience running payroll end-to-end: nóminas, Seguros Sociales, Modelos 111/190

  • Comfortable with altas/bajas in TGSS and dealings with SEPE, INSS, and other public bodies

  • Experience with HR/payroll software (A3, Nominasol, Sage, or similar) — you know what good looks like and what's painful

  • English — our team is international

  • Organised and deadline-driven — you don't let things slip through the cracks

  • Clear communicator: clients feel in good hands with you, even when things get complicated

  • You spot inefficiencies and actually do something about them

Nice to Have

  • Background in SaaS or tech-enabled services

  • Experience working across multiple clients simultaneously (multi-client gestoría environment)
